Sneaker Pimps Event

What: A freerunning demonstration at the Sneaker Pimps event at Crash Mansion Night Club sponsored by K-Swiss, Hot Tamales, and Heavy.com.

Sneaker Pimps is an event that tours around the country exposing the sneaker culture of customizing shoes. The folks at Heavy.com decided to bring in a few performers from their Circus of Awesome as well as Levi for a brief freerunning demonstration through the club during their segment. Despite the limitations of the venue and crowd, Levi pulled off a slick run vaulting railings, climbing up to the balconies, and flipping off of the various features in the club.

   

2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards

When: May 2007

Where: Los Angeles, California

What: The 2007 Taurus World Stunt Awards pays tribute to Casino Royale with a huge seven man freerunning routine.


The Stunt Awards, sponsored by Red Bull, saw Skynatvie, Tyson, and Frosti hooking up with their old friends Victor, Rich, PD, Gabe and Xin for a live performance like nothing ever done before. The routine covered multiple levels of the stage, going as high as fity feet in the air! The entire set was built as a huge playground for freerunning and was fully utilized throughout the performance. With musical accompaniment by the Street Drum Corps, and an introduction by Dwayne "The Rock" johnson, the guys worked the stage, the crowd, and the red carpet.
   

Mercedes Benz C-Class Car Launch

What: Three freerunning performances for Mercedes Benz 's C-Class car launch
Mercedes Benz made the call to bring in two freerunners to help launch their new C-Class cars in Hong Kong and Macau. Originally they only wanted Michael 'Frosti' Zernow and Skynative, but after seeing the two together with Tyson , they jumped at the chance to use all three.
After training for a week at Primal Fitness , the trio headed off to Hong Kong for two more weeks of performances and preparation. The first two shows went off as planned, wowing the 1,100 people in attendance, but then the team found out they would have to make up a whole new three minute routine on a brand new set for an event in Macau. With just a few days preparation they stepped up to the challenge and put together another incredibly professional show again, with many liking the last show even more that the first two!

Black Entertainment Television Up Front 2007

What: A freerunning performance at Black Entertainment Television's Up Front 2007 event.

This year's event was themed to the phrase "Follow the Leader" and The Tribe freerunners were used as a symbol of BET's role as a risk taker, innovator, and most importantly, a leader. Complete with professional lights, music, and pyrotechnics, the guys completed a flawless choreographed routine to the entertainment of 750 advertising executives in the audience.

G-Tox Streetwear Photoshoot

Where: Washington DC

What: Photos and Video for G-Tox Clothing based in Hong Kong

The Tribe came together in DC with the creator of G-Tox, David Lee, who made sure the team lived up to the philosophy of the brand. With the help of an old friend, Mike Yamrus (Dispersion, APK Tutorial Vol. I) the guys stepped up to the job as parkour models and put together both a video and a catologue of photographs that G-Tox uses in their promotions, on their website, and in their first store in Hong-Kong.
